Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product and design teams to meet user needs.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in software development, with 3+ years in leadership.

  • Expertise in mobile app development (iOS: Swift; Android: Kotlin) and cloud systems (e.g., AWS).

  • Experience with AI/ML and health tech compliance.

  • Proficient in agile methodologies and CI/CD processes.

Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Pediatric Dental Consultant (Part-time)

Job Description:
As a Pediatric Dental Consultant, you’ll provide expertise to enhance ToothGuardian’s credibility and effectiveness. You’ll validate educational content, advise on AI Symptom Checker algorithms, and engage with parents through Q&As, ensuring alignment with Australia’s National Oral Health Plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and validate Education Hub content (e.g., articles on fluoride, brushing tips) for accuracy.

  • Advise on AI Symptom Checker logic to ensure safe, reliable suggestions.

  • Participate in monthly Parent Forum Q&As, answering questions like “When should my child see a dentist?”

  • Collaborate with developers to refine app features based on dental best practices.

  • Stay updated on pediatric dental trends (e.g., 32% of preschoolers never see a dentist, per ADA).

  • Provide input on partnerships with dental clinics for the Appointment Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Registered pediatric dentist with AHPRA certification and 5+ years of clinical experience.

  • Knowledge of Australian dental guidelines and public health initiatives.

  • Strong communication skills to translate complex dental concepts for parents.

  • Experience with digital health tools or patient education is a plus.

  • Passion for preventive care and improving access to dental health.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
